Returns for Unwanted Items / Stock Cleanses:
- Any unwanted Items / stock cleanses require a 2 for 1 compensating order.
- Please attach the 2:1 order and/or clearly state the order number on your debit note.
- Ensure all products are returns in original packaging which is in resalable saleable condition.
- All items returned will be inspected and tested.
- Should any goods and/or packaging reported unsuitable, they will be returned. A £10 carriage charge will apply.
Damaged / Faulty Items:
- Damages to be reported within 48hrs of delivery.
- A detailed description of the fault(s) with the product(s) will be required.
- Additional information will be required to determine / verify the fault.
- Should no fault be found upon inspection, the items will be returned, and a £10 carriage charge will apply.
- Test report available upon request.
IMPORTANT:
- All Returns require an Authorisation Number (please contact the office or local sales representative) for details.
- Returns can take 2-3 weeks for review, test and process.
