Refund and Returns Policy

Returns for Unwanted Items / Stock Cleanses:

  • Any unwanted Items / stock cleanses require a 2 for 1 compensating order.
  • Please attach the 2:1 order and/or clearly state the order number on your debit note.
  • Ensure all products are returns in original packaging which is in resalable saleable condition.
  • All items returned will be inspected and tested.
  • Should any goods and/or packaging reported unsuitable, they will be returned. A £10 carriage charge will apply.

Damaged / Faulty Items:

  • Damages to be reported within 48hrs of delivery.
  • A detailed description of the fault(s) with the product(s) will be required.
  • Additional information will be required to determine / verify the fault.
  • Should no fault be found upon inspection, the items will be returned, and a £10 carriage charge will apply.
  • Test report available upon request.

IMPORTANT:

  • All Returns require an Authorisation Number (please contact the office or local sales representative) for details.
  • Returns can take 2-3 weeks for review, test and process.
